These terms apply to Conjour's website, application, APIs, and connected chat experiences.

You are responsible for authorized use of your account, the accuracy and legality of content you provide, and the people or external chat users you allow to access your workspace. Keep credentials secure and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
When an administrator connects Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, or another service, you authorize Conjour to exchange the data needed to provide that integration. You are responsible for having the authority to connect the service and for complying with its terms.
Conjour uses artificial intelligence. Responses and generated content may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before important business, legal, financial, or operational decisions. You retain responsibility for how outputs are used.
Do not use Conjour to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass security or usage limits, access another customer's information, or create unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend access needed to protect customers, Conjour, or third parties.
We work to keep Conjour available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features and limits may change. Paid subscriptions are also governed by the commercial terms accepted by the customer.
